Who this policy is from

Ultimate Design Solutions (“UDS”, “we”, “us”) is an architecture, engineering and construction consultancy with its head office in Islamabad and a branch office in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. This policy covers this website, www.ultimatedesignsolutions.com, and the enquiries that reach us through it.

It does not cover other companies’ websites we link to, or work carried out under a signed consultancy agreement — that agreement governs the confidentiality of your project.

This website does not collect your data

This is worth stating plainly, because most privacy policies say the opposite. As built, this website:

• —sets no cookies of any kind
• —runs no analytics or visitor tracking
• —loads no third-party scripts, advertising tags or embedded widgets
• —hosts its own fonts, so no request is made to an outside font service
• —has no account, login or membership area
• —has no database and no server that receives anything you type

You can browse every page here without anything being recorded about you by us. There is no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to.

The enquiry form

The form on our Contact page does not send anything to a server. When you press “Send enquiry”, it opens your own email application with a message already written, addressed to info@ultimatedesignsolutions.com. Nothing leaves your device until you press send yourself, and you can edit or discard it first.

This means the details you type — your name, phone number, the type of project, the site location and your brief — reach us as an ordinary email, through your own email provider and ours. We never see anything you do not choose to send.

What we do with what you send us

When you email, call, message us on WhatsApp or write through the form, we use what you share to answer you, to prepare a fee proposal or scope of work, and to carry out the project if you appoint us. That is all. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your say-so.

We may share your information where it is genuinely necessary to deliver your project — for example with a specialist sub-consultant we bring on, or with a development authority such as CDA, RDA or DHA as part of an approval submission — and where the law requires it. Anyone we pass it to is expected to keep it confidential.

Hosting and server records

The site is hosted on Vercel, which delivers the pages to your browser. Like any web host, their servers keep short-lived technical records of requests, which can include the requesting IP address, the page requested, and the browser type. These are standard operational records used to serve the site and keep it secure. We do not use them to build a picture of individual visitors, and we do not combine them with anything else.

Leaving this site: WhatsApp and social media

The green WhatsApp button and our social media icons are ordinary links. Nothing loads from those companies while you are on our site and nothing is shared with them unless you tap through.

Once you do, you are on their platform and their privacy policy applies, not ours — that is true of WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok alike. A WhatsApp message to us is delivered by WhatsApp under their terms; we see only the conversation itself.

How long we keep things

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept only as long as they are useful to us, and are then deleted. Records relating to actual projects — drawings, correspondence, calculations and approvals — are retained for the longer term, because we may need them for professional, contractual or regulatory reasons well after a building is finished.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@ultimatedesignsolutions.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can. Where we are required to keep something — for a statutory or contractual reason — we will tell you that rather than quietly ignoring the request.

Keeping information safe

This site is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Beyond the website, we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us and limit access to the people who need it to do your work. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — nobody honestly can.

Children

This site is aimed at people commissioning building and engineering work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information about them.

Changes to this policy

If we add anything to the site that changes the picture above — analytics, a form that submits to a server, embedded video, or a chat tool — we will update this page and change the date at the top. The version published here is always the one that applies.
