05What we do
Seven services.One accountableteam.
Most projects lose time in the gaps between consultants — the soil report that contradicts the foundation, the duct that will not fit the beam. There are no gaps here. Every discipline below is drawn by people who sit in the same office and answer to the same project lead.

01Envelope
Architectural Design
Concept development, 3D visualization and complete working drawings for residential, commercial and institutional projects.
Architecture at UDS begins with the site and the brief, not with a style. We test the massing against the plot, the by-laws and the budget before the first elevation is drawn — which is why our concepts survive contact with the approval authority.
Every scheme is presented in photorealistic 3D so clients can see the building before it exists, and every approved concept is carried through to a complete, buildable working drawing set.

02Frame
Structural Engineering
Structural design, analysis, retrofitting and assessment using ETABS, SAP2000 and SAFE — engineered to international codes.
The frame is where ambition meets arithmetic. We model every structure to international codes, then check it against the soil report our own team produced — so the numbers agree from the ground up.
We also assess and retrofit existing buildings: condition surveys, capacity checks and strengthening schemes for structures that need to carry more, or carry it for longer.

03Below grade
Geotechnical Engineering
Soil investigation, foundation design and pile recommendations in compliance with ASTM, ACI and AASHTO standards.
Certainty starts underground. Before a foundation is sized or a column is placed, we find out exactly what the site is made of — because the cost of guessing shows up later, in concrete.
Our geotechnical team runs the boreholes, the lab work and the analysis in-house, then hands the results straight to the structural engineers sitting in the same office. No third-party lag, no lost assumptions between consultants.

04Services
MEP Design
Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems designed for efficiency, safety and seamless coordination with architecture and structure.
MEP is where most projects lose time — a duct that will not fit a beam, a riser with nowhere to land. Because our MEP engineers work alongside the architects and structural engineers from the start, those clashes get resolved on the drawing, not on site.
We size systems for real operating conditions and real running costs, not just for compliance.
Seen enough?
Most projects need three or four of these at once.
That is the point of one roof. Send us the site and the brief and we will tell you which disciplines it actually takes.

05Fit-out
Interior Design
Residential and commercial interiors that carry the architectural vision through to the last detail.
A building is judged from the inside. Our interior team joins the project while the architecture is still being drawn, so material, light and joinery are resolved as part of the design rather than applied to it afterwards.
Everything is specified in-house: finishes, lighting, furniture layouts and the bespoke joinery details that make a space feel finished rather than furnished.

06Whole site
Master Planning and Infrastructure Design
Housing schemes, land-use planning, and infrastructure design from concept to authority approval.
At the scale of a housing scheme, the plan is the product. Road hierarchy, plot yield, open space and services routing decide whether a development works for the people who live in it and for the developer who funds it.
We take schemes from land-use concept through to the infrastructure drawings and the authority approval that lets construction start.

07On site
Project Management & Supervision
Construction supervision, quality control and cost oversight from mobilization to handover.
A drawing set is only a promise until someone enforces it. Our engineers are on your site checking that what gets built is what was designed — the specified steel, the specified mix, the specified detail.
You get one accountable team from the first sketch to the final snag list, and one point of contact throughout.
Not sure where you fit
Not sure which of these your project needs?
That is the first conversation, and it costs nothing. Tell us about the site and the brief, and we will tell you what it will take.
